Dragon Boat Festival is here,and for foodies that can mean only one thing-it's zongzi time!Zongzi,or sticky rice dumplings,are essentially glutinous rice with various fillings wrapped in bamboo leaves and steamed or boiled.Considering how important they are to Chinese food culture(and how delicious they are),they're really easy to make.Similar to during the Mid-Autumn Festival and its required mooncakes.
