摘要
基于“专创融合”理念,以生理学、生物化学等基础医学课程为中心,通过剖析课程特点,从教学内容、教学模式、师资队伍建设、考核方法4个维度入手,将创新创业教育有机融入专业课程建设中。通过“专创融合”教学模式的建设和实践探索,提升学生创新能力和岗位胜任能力,使其成长为适应社会及未来医学发展需求的复合型医学人才。
Based on the concept of"integration of major and innovation",focusing on basic medical courses such as physiology and biochemistry,and analyzing the characteristics of the courses.Starting from four dimensions:teaching content,teaching mode,faculty building,and assessment methods,we will organically integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the construction of professional courses.Through the construction and practical exploration of the"integration of major and innovation"teaching model,we aim to enhance students′innovation ability and post competence,and enable them to grow into composite medical personnel that meet the needs of society and future medical development.
