中职医学基础课程群学科交叉融合“五术”育人模式探索与实践

摘要 探讨医学“五术”人才培养内涵,根据五维度、全过程、不重复原则,重构医学基础课程群教学内容,重塑育人目标,构建医学“五术”育人思政案例资源库,编写电子活页式教材,采用学科交叉融合“五术”育人模式,以临床问题为导向、学生为中心,实现“五术”育人目标。学科交叉融合“五术”育人模式的实施是中职医学基础课程群教学的积极探索,可为中职医学院校探索育人途径提供参考。 This study explores the training connotation of the"Five Skills"in medical education.Based on the principles of"five skills",the whole process and non-repetition,this paper reconstructs the teaching content of medical basic courses,reshapes the educational target,builds the database of medical"five skills"with Ideological&Political case,and compiles the electronic loose-leaf textbook.It adopts a disciplinary cross-integration approach for the cultivation of the"five skills,"with a focus on clinical problems and student-centered learning,aiming to achieve the educational objectives of the"five skills".The implementation of the disciplinary cross-integration approach for the cultivation of the"five skills"is an active exploration in vocational medical education,which can provide reference for secondary vocational medical colleges to explore the new paths for education.
