Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice of Medical Students in the Context of New Medical Sciences with the Medical-Cultural Fusion:Taking the Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences Innovation Project from 2019 to 2022 as an Example

要实现医文融合类创新创业项目从创意到创新、创业的跨越,需补齐团队及商业两个短板。高校应通过营造医学人文校园文化以激发医文融合创意灵感,加强创新创业师资队伍建设并鼓励医文导师合作指导,完善创新创业扶持体系以助力医文融合项目落地,最终实现医文融合类创新创业项目的提质增量。

To achieve the transition from creativity to innovation and entrepreneurship in medical and cultural innovation and entrepreneurship projects,it is necessary to address the shortcomings of both in team building and business development.Universities should create a campus culture of medical humanities to stimulate the creative inspiration in medical-culture integration.Efforts should made to strengthen the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship faculty and encourage the cooperation and guidance of medical-culture mentors,improve the innovation and entrepreneurship support system to help the implementation of medical-cultural fusion projects,and ultimately enhance the quality and quantity of medical-culture fusion innovation and entrepreneurship projects.
