农村订单定向医学生人文素质培养研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Cultivation of Humanistic Quality of Rural Order Oriented Medical Students

目的探讨以人为本视域下小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)教学模式在农村订单定向医学生人文素质培养中的应用效果。方法在研究对象采用SPOC教学模式前后对其人文素质水平进行调查,综合评价教学效果及医学生教学满意度。结果SPOC教学前后医学生人文认知、人文理念、人文看法、教学满意度维度得分比较差异有统计学意义。结论采用SPOC教学模式培养农村订单定向医学生人文素质效果较好,能显著提高医学生人文素质。

Objective This paper aims to explore the application effectiveness of small private online course(SPOC)teaching mo-de in the cultivation of humanistic quality of rural order oriented medical students.Methods A survey was conducted to assess the level of humanistic qualities among the participants before and after implementing the SPOC teaching mode.The teaching effectiveness and the student satisfaction were comprehensively evaluated.Results There were significant differences in the scores of humanistic cognition,humanistic concept,humanistic view and teaching satisfaction before and after SPOC teaching.Conclusion SPOC teaching mode is effective in cultivating the humanistic quality of rural order oriented medical students,which can significantly improve the humanistic quality of medical students.
