摘要
目的探讨决策导向(CIPP)模型引导下的高级智能模拟系统在急诊护理教学中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将内蒙古医科大学附属医院急诊科实习的护生分为观察组与对照组,对照组接受常规基于高级智能模拟系统的教学,观察组在对照组基础上接受基于CIPP模型引导下的高级智能模拟系统教学,比较教学前后两组护生理论成绩、操作成绩及本科护理专业课堂教学质量评价量表得分。结果教学后两组护生理论成绩、操作成绩、本科护理专业课堂教学质量评价量表得分比较差异有统计学意义。结论应用CIPP模型引导下的高级智能模拟系统能显著提高护生相关成绩及课堂教学质量,可为急诊护理教学提供参考。
Objective This paper aims to explore the application effectiveness of an advanced intelligent simulation system guided by CIPP(context evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation and production evaluation)model in emergency nursing teaching.Methods The nursing students participating in emergency department internships at the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group received routine teaching based on advanced intelligent simulation system,while the observation group received advanced intelligent simulation system teaching based on CIPP model.The theoretical scores,operation scores and Undergraduate Nursing Classroom Teaching Quality Evaluation Scale scores compared between the two groups before and after teaching.Results After teaching,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of theoretical,operational and Undergraduate Nursing Classroom Teaching Quality Evaluation Scales between the two groups.Conclusion The advanced intelligent simulation system guided by CIPP model can significantly improve the relevant performance of nursing students and the quality of classroom teaching,which can provide reference for emergency nursing teaching.
