摘要
目的探讨早期多维度接触临床教学模式在外科护理学教学中的应用效果,为医学课程教学方法改革提供参考。方法选取2019级两个护理本科班为研究对象,试验组实施早期多维度接触临床教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,课程结束后比较两组期末考试成绩、评判性思维和教学满意度。结果试验组期末考试成绩、评判性思维和教学满意度均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义。结论早期多维度接触临床教学模式应用于外科护理学教学有助于提高学生学习效果,培养评判性思维,激发学生求知欲,提高学生教学满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of an early multidimensional clinical exposure teaching model in surgical nursing teaching,and to provide reference for the reform of medical course teaching methods.Methods Two nursing courses of grade 2019 were selected as the research objects.The experimental group adopted the early multidimensional clinical exposure teaching mode,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching model.The final examination scores,critical thinking and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups after the completion of the course.Results The test scores,critical thinking and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of early multidimensional clinical exposure teaching mode in surgical nursing teaching is helpful to improve students′learning effect,cultivate critical thinking,stimulate students′thirst for knowledge and improve students′teaching satisfaction.
