康复治疗师岗位胜任力模型初探

A Preliminary Study on the Post Competency Model of Rehabilitation Therapists

目的梳理康复治疗师临床实践所需的岗位胜任力,构建康复治疗师岗位胜任力模型。方法通过文献研究法、问卷调查法、洋葱模型构建法,分析整理康复治疗师岗位胜任力要素,编制调查问卷,对岗位胜任力重要性评价进行统计分析后构建康复治疗师胜任力洋葱模型。结果经纳入、排除标准筛选,分析整理符合条件的文献76篇,共提取7个维度66个胜任特征要素制成调查问卷。经检验问卷信度、效度良好,最终构建包含6个维度66个胜任特征要素的康复治疗师岗位胜任力洋葱模型。结论该模型对以岗位胜任力为导向的康复治疗师培养有一定的理论和现实意义。

Objective This paper aims to clarify the post competency requirements for rehabilitation therapists in clinical practice and construct a post competency model for rehabilitation therapists.Methods Through the literature research method,questionnaire survey and onion model construction method,the post competency elements required for rehabilitation therapists were analyzed and sorted out.A survey questionnaire was compiled and the importance of competency in job performance was statistically analyzed to construct the onion model for rehabilitation therapists.Results After the inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied,a total of 76 eligible articles were analyzed and sorted out,and a total of 66 competency elements across 7 dimensions were extracted to make a questionnaire.After testing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the"onion"model of rehabilitation therapists′post competency was finally constructed,which contained 66 competency elements across 6 dimensions.Conclusion The model has certain theoretical and practical implications for the development of rehabilitation therapists with a focus on competency-based training.
