智慧养老背景下农村老年群体媒介素养的调查研究

Investigation and Research on Media Literacy of Rural Elderly Groups under the Background of Intelligent Pension

目的了解农村老年群体智慧养老服务需求与媒介素养现状,为相关研究提供一定参考。方法采用一般资料问卷、老年群体智慧养老需求调查表、老年群体新媒介素养现状调查表对老年人进行调查,回收有效问卷73份。结果农村老年群体对医疗护理服务的需求程度最高,对智慧养老的需求受多重因素影响,对新媒体使用率和认知度较低,使用能力有待提高。结论应从政府、社会、家庭3方面出发,建立交互式农村智慧养老信息管理平台,加大宣传力度,允许社会智慧服务团队进驻农村,开展家庭式媒介素养提升教育,重视老年人的诉求,提升其新媒体使用能力。

Objective This paper aims to make certain the demand for intelligent pension service and the current media literacy status among the elderly groups in rural areas,providing reference for related research.Methods A total of 73 valid questionnaires were collected from the elderly by adopting the General Information Questionnaire,the Elderly Group′s Intelligent Pension Demand Questionnaire and the Current Media Literacy Status of Elderly Group′s New Media Questionnaire.Results The rural elderly group has the highest demand for medical care services.The demand for intelligent pension is affected by multiple factors.The utilization rate and cognition of new media are low,and the utilizing competence needs to be improved.Conclusion Efforts should be made from the government,society and families to establish an interactive management platform of rural intelligent pension information,increase publicity,encourage social intelligent service teams to support rural areas,carry out family-based media literacy education,take the demands of the elderly into consideration,and improve their competence to utilize new media.
