摘要
以临床专业学位硕士研究生导师为对象,进行医学人文素质认知及态度线上问卷调查。结果显示,导师对医学人文素质内涵认知总体较好,但培养效果不佳;不同特征导师对医学人文素质培养的态度存在差异。应通过制订医学人文素质考评体系、加强临床专硕自身医学人文素质培养、丰富医学人文素质培养方式等,提升研究生医学人文素质。
This study focuses on clinical professional master′s degree supervisors and conducts an online questionnaire survey to assess their cognitive understanding and attitudes towards medical humanities qualities.The results show that the tutors′cognition of the connotation of medical humanistic quality is generally better but show unsatisfactory training outcomes;tutors with different characteristics have different attitudes towards the cultivation of medical humanistic quality.The medical humanities quality of postgraduates should be improved by formulating the evaluation system of medical humanities quality,strengthening the cultivating of medical humanities quality of clinical postgraduates,and diversifying the cultivating methods of medical humanities quality.
