摘要
传统CL60材质货运车轮已不能适用当前铁路货运重载的发展需求,国铁集团开发了以碳、硅、锰为强化元素的CL65、CL70重载车轮用钢,但新材质的应用也给车轮生产实现带来一定的难度。通过实验室对新材质重载车轮热处理工艺的研究,最终确定了适合工业化生产的热处理工艺参数。从工业化生产结果和服役表现,证明了制定的热处理工艺参数稳定可靠。
The traditional CL60 material freight wheel can not meet the development needs of the current railway freight heavy haul.According to the situation,the State Railway Group timely developed CL65 and CL70 heavy haul wheel steel with carbon,silicon and manganese as strengthening elements.However,the application of new materials also brings some difficulties to the wheel production.In this paper,based on the test,the heat treatment process parameters are formulated.Through the industrial production results and service performance,it is proved that the heat treatment process parameters are stable and reliable.
