摘要
在对高钛PMC精粉球团进行理论研究的基础上,开展全PMC精粉球团的生产试验,结合生产条件制订高炉配加PMC球团的炉料结构方案,并进行综合炉料熔滴性能试验,试验完成后,在抗干扰能力较好的2000 m3级高炉上进行了生产实践。实践表明:生产过程中炉况整体平稳,指标变化较小,说明高炉添加PMC球团矿冶炼具有可行性;通过实践总结得出,添加PMC球团会导致铁水钛含量升高、高炉压量关系趋紧等不足,为下一步继续改进球团配矿和高炉炉料结构积累了生产经验。
On the basis of theoretical research,the production experiment of pellets with full PMC iron concentrate structure was carried out,combined with the production conditions,the structure scheme of the blast furnace with high titanium pellets was developed,and the melting droplet performance of the comprehensive furnace charge was tested.After the test,the 2000 m3 class blast furnaces with good anti-interference ability were tested.The overall furnace condition of the practice process is stable.The technical indicators changes is small,showing the feasibility of adding high titanium pellets for smelting.Practice summary also reflects the addition of full PMC high titanium pellets,the shortage of tighter pressure relationship of blast furnace,accumulating production experience for the further improvement of pellet ore distribution and blast furnace charge structure scheme.
