摘要
针对某公司的热轧带肋钢筋棒线,研究棒材产品在不同规格采用不同切分数时,棒材横截面带状组织的有无、呈现位置及严重情况进行对比,再结合炼钢和轧钢的生产工艺,总结横截面带状组织的产生原因及如何消除等。结果表明:切分轧制是横截面带状组织产生的主要原因,但究其根本原因还是连铸坯的中心偏析所致。
In response to a hot rolled ribbed steel bar and wire product from a certain company,the presence,location,and severity of the cross-sectional banded structure of the bar product were compared when different specifications and cutting fractions were used.Combined with the production processes of steelmaking and rolling,the reasons for the formation of the cross-sectional banded structure and how to eliminate it were summarized.The results indicate that slitting rolling is the main cause of the formation of cross-sectional banded structure,but the fundamental reason is still the center segregation of the continuous casting billet.
