摘要
为进一步提升镁合金与钢的连接效果,对MIG焊接参数展开研究。根据试验要求设计试验方案,确定选用镁合金和低碳钢、钢异种金属等材料;以焊接电流、焊接速度对镁合金与低碳钢焊缝的形貌特征进行对比研究,并通过试验得出了最佳的焊接速度和焊接电流。
In order to further improve the connection effect between magnesium alloy and steel,research was conducted on MIG welding parameters.Design a test plan according to the test requirements,and determine the selection of magnesium alloy,low-carbon steel,steel dissimilar metals,etc.A comparative study was conducted on the morphology characteristics of magnesium alloy and low-carbon steel welds using welding current and welding speed,and the optimal welding speed and welding current were obtained through experiments.
