摘要
随着钢铁技术的不断发展,终端用户对棒材产品质量的要求也越来越严格。然而,棒材生产工艺线流程较长,其影响因素众多,如何快速找到影响棒材质量控制因素,是摆在各大炼钢厂面前的一个难题。基于此,通过人工模拟不同深度和种类的铸坯典型缺陷,并跟踪轧制过程,摸索出铸坯缺陷与轧后棒材表面缺陷的对应关系,借助微观观察,确定了显微特征与宏观形貌的对应关系,分析了铸坯生产工艺及影响因素,指出了工艺优化方向,为连铸坯表面原始缺陷控制、热轧圆钢表面缺陷控制以及热轧圆钢缺陷判定提供依据。
With the continuous development of iron and steel technology,the finnal users have more and more stringent requirements for the quality of bar products.However,the bar production process is longer and its influencing factors are numerous.How to quickly find the influencing factors of bar quality control is a difficult problem in front of the major steel mills.By simulating two kinds typical defects of scratch and corner crack in continuous casting slab,this paper discovers the relationship between the defects of the cast billet and the bar surface defects.The correspondence between the microscopic characteristics and the macroscopic morphology was determined.It provides the basis for the control of the surface defects of casting billet and bar.It also provides the basis for the determination of the defects of the hot rolled steel.
