基于PC5282型冶金破碎机存在的不足,采用solidworks软件进行冶金破碎机的三维设计。具体设计过程中,需先对冶金破碎机关键结构进行设计,再对模型进行干涉检查,确认设计无误后再进行动力学仿真分析,验证设计合理性,最后将设计应用于工程实践。

Based on the shortcomings of the PC5282 metallurgical crusher,solidworks software was used for the three-dimensional design of the metallurgical crusher.In the specific design process,it is necessary to first design the key structure of the metallurgical crusher,then conduct interference checks on the model,confirm that the design is correct,and then conduct dynamic simulation analysis to verify the rationality of the design.Finally,the design is applied to engineering practice.
