中金公司高炉冷却壁破损原因分析及控制措施

摘要 针对中金公司1680 m3高炉因经营计划安排进行停炉检修后发现炉腹、炉腰、炉身下部冷却壁破损异常的情况,梳理工程建设时高炉冷却壁材质选型、施工安装作业的技术要点及安装验收标准,分析高炉投产以来生产工艺制度的制定与操作方针的执行管理情况,探讨高炉降料面停炉过程实绩和停炉后凉炉、扒炉过程中存在的一些问题,从高炉日常操作和工程建设施工管理角度两方面进行总结,并针对相应问题提出可行性建议。 After the operation plan of the 1680 m3 blast furnace of Zhongjin Company was arranged for shutdown maintenance,it was found that the bosh,waist,and lower part of the cooling wall of the furnace were damaged abnormally.The selection of materials for the cooling wall of the blast furnace during engineering construction,technical points for construction and installation operations,and installation acceptance standards were sorted out.The development of production process systems and the execution and management of operating policies since the blast furnace was put into operation were analyzed,and the actual performance of the shutdown process on the reducing material surface of the blast furnace and the cooling of the furnace after shutdown were discussed.Summarize some problems existing in the process of blast furnace cleaning from the perspectives of daily operation of blast furnace and engineering construction management,and propose feasible suggestions for corresponding problems.
