摘要
随着国家节能减排政策的不断深入开展,电解铝行业结合自身特点进行了多项技术改进。以山东某铝厂推广应用的残极冷却系统为例,从设备的原理、结构及功能、使用流程等方面进行详细阐述,并对该系统在电解铝车间的使用效果进行客观评价。
In recent years,with the strengthening of national energy-saving and emission-reduction policies,electrolytic aluminum industry has made many improvements in combination with its own characteristics.Taking the residual electrode cooling system promoted and applied by an aluminum factory in Shandong as an example,this paper elaborates in detail on the principle,structure,function,and usage process of the equipment,and objectively evaluates the effectiveness of the system in the electrolytic aluminum workshop.
