井下定向钻进技术在瓦斯抽放钻孔施工中的应用

摘要 井下定向钻进技术可精确控制钻孔轨迹沿设计方向钻进,钻进深度、精度和施工效率优势明显。基于10605工作面运输巷的具体地质生产条件,利用定向钻进的动态随钻测量技术、双动力钻孔技术和缓升钻进技术,设计了总体定向钻进方案及工作流程,细化了具体的钻孔参数和施工参数,并进行了工业性试验和效果分析。施工的9个钻孔能够覆盖巷道周边15 m的范围,最深钻孔深度为552 m,平均深度为507 m,深度400 m以上的钻孔成孔率为90%,深度500 m以上的钻孔成孔率为80%,钻孔成孔效果及瓦斯抽采效果均得到明显提升,技术经济效益显著。 Downhole directional drilling technology can accurately control the drilling path to drill along the design direction,with obvious advantages in drilling depth,accuracy and construction efficiency.Based on the specific geological production conditions of the transport roadway of 10605 working face,the overall directional drilling scheme and work flow were designed by using the dynamic measurement while drilling technology,dual power drilling technology and slow lift drilling technology of directional drilling,the specific drilling parameters and construction parameters were refined,and industrial tests and effect analysis were carried out.The 9 boreholes constructed can cover a range of 15 meters around the roadway,with a maximum depth of 552 meters and an average depth of 507 meters.The drilling rate for boreholes with a depth of over 400 meters is 90%,and for boreholes with a depth of over 500 meters is 80%.The drilling and gas extraction effects have been significantly improved,and the technical and economic benefits are significant.
