摘要
针对轧钢厂设备点检中遇到的问题进行分析,提出了使用无线测温法来解决设备点检问题的方案。通过对比有源无线温度传感器和无源无线温度传感器的技术参数及优点,在高压开关柜安装无源无线温度传感器、在行车电机上安装有源无线温度传感器,进行实时监控。无线测温系统运行近一年,有效提升了点检效率。但是,在运行中也发现了一些问题,需进一步改进、完善,实现全厂无线测温系统温度的集中监控。
Based on the analysis of the problems encountered in the equipment inspection of steel rolling plants,a solution using wireless temperature measurement method to solve the equipment inspection problem is proposed.By comparing the technical parameters and advantages of active wireless temperature sensors and passive wireless temperature sensors,passive wireless temperature sensors are installed in the high-voltage switchgear and active wireless temperature sensors are installed on the crane motor for real-time monitoring.The wireless temperature measurement system has been running for nearly a year,effectively improving the efficiency of spot checks.However,some issues have also been identified during operation,which require further improvement and improvement to achieve centralized temperature monitoring of the entire factory's wireless temperature measurement system.
