食品安全与人们的身体健康与生命安全息息相关。为了降低生产成本、提高经济效益,一些商家违反相关规定,制作、销售不健康食品,给人们的身体健康和生命安全带来极大威胁。在食品加工、销售过程中,微生物及其毒素污染是造成食品安全问题的关键因素,必须采取有效的措施进行控制。食品微生物检验主要是检验品中存在的微生物成分,保证食品安全。在食品微生物检验时,应采取有效措施确保食品微生物检验质量,严格把关,牢守食品安全底线,保障市民舌尖上的安全。
Food safety and person’s body health and life safety are closely related.In order to reduce production costs and improve economic efficiency,some businesses violate relevant regulations by producing and selling unhealthy food,which poses a great threat to people’s health and life safety.In the process of food processing and marketing,microbial and toxin contamination is the key factor that causes food safety problems,and effective measures must be taken to control it.Microbiological inspection of food mainly tests the microbiological components in food to ensure food safety.In food microbiological inspection,should take effective measures to ensure the quality of food microbiological inspection,strict control,firmly adhere to the bottom line of food safety,to protect the public“tongue safety”.
