食品安全网络舆情的分类、特征及应对

Classification,Characteristics and Countermeasures of Online Public Opinion on Food Safety

食品安全网络舆情具有突发、广泛、态度倾向、影响显著等特点。本文从引发食品安全舆情的原因切入,对2022年163件食品安全网络事件进行统计分析,将食品安全网络舆情划分为“通报食品安全问题引发的网络舆情”“信息知情者曝光模式引发的网络舆情”“利益相关者网络发声引发的网络舆情”和“传播虚假不实食品安全信息引发的网络舆情”4类,通过对食品安全网络舆情应对策略的研究,为解决食品安全网络舆情事件提供参考。

Internet public opinions on food safety have the characteristics of suddenness,universality,attitude tendency,and significant impact.Starting from the causes of food safety public opinion,this paper makes a statistical analysis of 163 food safety network events in 2022.The food safety internet public opinions are divided into four categories:“network public opinion caused by reporting food safety issues”,“network public opinion caused by the exposure mode of information informed persons”,“network public opinion caused by stakeholders’network voice”and“network public opinion caused by spreading false and untrue food safety information”.Through the study of internet public opinion countermeasures for food safety,it provides the reference for solving internet public opinion incidents for food safety.
