云南省玉溪市食品企业质量安全控制现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Quality and Safety Control of Food Enterprises in Yuxi City,Yunnan Province

目的:了解玉溪市食品企业食品质量安全控制的现状及存在的问题,为玉溪市食品企业提高产品质量与效益提供借鉴与参考。方法:采用集中座谈、实地查看、问卷调查等方法,对企业基本情况、企业质量控制运行综合情况、运行具体情况进行调研。结果:参与调研的食品企业质量安全控制状况总体较好,但也存在质量管理体系认证比例偏小、管理制度不完善、持续改进不足等问题,应加以完善。结论:企业应提高食品质量管理意识,健全安全管理制度,完善持续改进工作等,促进当地食品企业健康发展。

Objective:To understand the current situation and existing problems of food quality and safety control in food enterprises in Yuxi city,and provide reference and reference for improving product quality and efficiency for food enterprises in Yuxi city.Method:Using methods such as centralized discussions,on-site inspections,and questionnaire surveys,conduct research on the basic situation of the enterprise,the comprehensive situation of the enterprise quality control operation,and the specific situation of the operation.Result:The quality and safety control status of the food enterprises participating in the survey is generally good,but there are also problems such as a small proportion of quality management system certification,incomplete management systems,and insufficient continuous improvement,which should be improved.Conclusion:Enterprises should enhance their awareness of food quality management,establish sound safety management systems,improve continuous improvement work,and promote the healthy development of local food enterprises.
