基于RFID技术的生鲜产品联合补货与配送及其投资决策模型研究

摘要 无线射频识别(RFID)技术可以有效提高生鲜产品供应链的运作效率,实现产品可追溯,降低变质率。然而,RFID技术需要大量初始投资,如何平衡RFID投资与收益是生鲜企业亟待解决的问题。鉴于此,文中在对生鲜产品供应链中RFID投资和收益进行量化的基础上,构建生鲜多品种联合补货与配送及其RFID投资决策模型,目标是使单位时间内系统总成本最小。通过分析模型的特征,采用飞蛾火焰算法对模型进行求解,并采用数值算例验证了算法的有效性和模型的实用性。实验结果表明:当生鲜产品的需求超过一定的规模时,采用RFID投资可以有效地节约系统总成本;产品的补货和配送策略在一定范围内具有很强的鲁棒性。文中丰富了生鲜产品供应链RFID投资决策相关的理论研究,为生鲜企业在投资RFID技术时如何进行库存管理提供有益参考。 Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology can effectively improve the operation efficiency of fresh product supply chain,realize the traceability of product and reduce the deterioration rate.However,RFID technology requires massive initial investment,which makes fresh product enterprises urgently need to balance RFID investment and benefit.In view of this,on the basis of quantifying the RFID investment and benefit of the fresh product supply chain,this paper constructed a multi-item joint replenishment and delivery and RFID investment decision-making model of fresh product,aiming at minimizing the total cost of the system per unit time.After analyzing the characteristics of the model,the moth-flame optimization(MFO)algorithm is chosen to solve the model and a numerical example is used to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and the practicability of the model.The experimental results show that when the demand for fresh product exceeds a certain scale,RFID investment can effectively save the total cost of the system;the replenishment and delivery strategy of product has strong robustness within a certain range.This study enriches the theoretical research related to the RFID investment strategy of fresh product supply chain,and provides useful references for fresh product enterprises to make inventory decisions when investing in RFID technology.
