面向拣选作业的VR系统设计与开发

摘要 为解决拣选员在实际培训场景中,因不熟悉操作导致货物拣选出错、效率降低、客户满意度下降甚至出现生产安全事故,进而影响拣选效率的问题,系统以C#为主要开发语言,采用Unity3D技术搭建系统,利用C#编写的脚本来控制事件发生,设计一个面向拣选作业的VR实训系统培训拣选员。在该虚拟的拣选作业实训系统中,选取固定位置和非固定位置两种场景的拣选作业作为设计内容,与实际相贴切,将有助于物流企业提高服务水平、提升拣选员工作效率以及降低运营成本。 To solve the problem of pickers being unfamiliar with the operation in actual training scenarios,resulting in errors in picking goods,and reducing efficiency,customer satisfaction and production safety accidents,which affect picking efficiency,C#was used as the main development language,Unity3D technology was used to build the system,and C#was used to write program scripts that can control the occurrence of events,a VR practical training system for picking operations was designed to help pickers to familiarize themselves with picking operations.In this virtual picking operations training system,picking operations in both fixed and non-fixed locations are selected as the design content,which is relevant to reality and will help logistics companies to improve their service levels,increase pickers efficiency and reduce operating costs.
