摘要
为了使承运方更好地满足客户的实际运输需求,提供多元化的运输方案,文中研究了考虑客户不同偏好的多式联运路径优化问题。文中建立以运输成本最低和运输时间最短为目标的数学模型,将货物延迟造成的企业损失作为单位时间成本,将双目标函数转换为成本最低的单目标函数,并利用MATLAB进行整数规划求解。在算例中考虑了政府对于“公转铁”的相关激励政策,得到铁路货运价格优惠对客户不同偏好下的运输方案的影响,更加符合优化运输结构的目标。
In order to make the carrier better meet the actual transportation needs of customers and provide diversified transportation schemes,the multimodal transportation route optimization problem considering customers different preferences is studied.The mathematical model with the lowest transportation cost and the shortest transportation time as the objective is established.The enterprise loss caused by the delay of goods is taken as the unit time cost.The double objective function is converted into the single objective function with the lowest cost,and the integer programming is solved by using MATLAB.In the example,the relevant incentive policies of the government for the“transit from public transport to railway”are considered,and the impact of railway freight price concessions on the transport schemes under different customer preferences is obtained,which is more in line with the goal of optimizing the transport structure.
