双循环背景下物流制造业发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Logistics Manufacturing Industry underthe Background of Dual Circulation

为转变传统物流制造业高投入、低回报的现实困境,以顺丰控股股份有限公司为研究样本,通过QCDMS分析法从政治、经济、社会、技术等角度分析物流制造业所处的社会环境,理清物流制造业发展困境与发展路径之间的逻辑关系。据此,依据SWOT理论分析将国内国际双循环背景下物流制造业发展方式转变战略划分为扩张型战略、增长型战略、扭转型战略以及防御型战略四种。

In order to transform the practical dilemma of high investment and low return of traditional logistics manufacturing industry,this paper takes SF Holding Co.,Ltd.as a research sample,analyzes the social environment of logistics manufacturing industry from the political,economic,social and technical perspectives through QCDMS analysis method,and clarifies the logical relationship between the development dilemma and development path of logistics manufacturing industry.Accordingly,this paper divides the transformation strategy of logistics manufacturing industry development pattern under the background of domestic and international dual circulation into four types of expansionary strategy,growth-oriented strategy,twisting strategy and defensive strategy.
