Research on the Construction of Off-campus Practice Base of Logistics Management Major under the Background of New Liberal Arts

在新文科背景下,物流管理专业人才培养呈现以需求为导向、多学科交叉融合的特点,要求人才专业化、应用化、综合化。而现有教学模式更偏向于基础理论,缺乏与新技术的融合,与行业现状有一定脱离,严重影响了人才培养质量。通过校外实践基地建设,一方面可以提高大学生的实践能力,另一方面,通过和实践基地其他专业岗位的接触,可以提高学生“理论+技术”“物流+其他”多学科融合的综合能力。同时,通过校企不断加深合作,有利于构建应用课程体系,加快师资队伍建设,共同进行项目开发和课题研究,实现校企合作共赢。

Under the background of New Liberal Arts,Logistics Management professional talent training shows the characteristics of demand oriented,the multidisciplinary intersection,which requires talent specialization,application,integration.But the existing teaching is more inclined to basic theory,lacking of integration with new technology,separating with the industry situation,seriously affected the quality of personnel training.Through the construction of off-campus practice base,on the one hand,the practical ability of college students can be improved;on the other hand,through the contact with other professional positions in the practice base,the comprehensive ability of multidisciplinary integration of“theory+technology”,“logistics+other”can be improved.At the same time,through the continuous deepening of cooperation between schools and enterprises,it is conducive to construct the applied curriculum system,accelerate the construction of teaching staff,joint project development and subject research,so as to realize school-enterprise win-win cooperation.
