摘要
视觉检测技术凭借效率高、成本低、可重复性好、准确性高等优点被越来越广泛地应用在工业自动化生产线上。重点介绍了西安交通大学建设的机器视觉检测实践平台,以及基于此实践平台开设的开放创新实验。设计了零件几何形状检测开放实验和条形码检测开放实验项目。经过多个学期实践表明,该实验项目吸引了学生学习兴趣,拓宽了学生视野,具有良好的实验教学效果。
With the advantages of high efficiency,low cost,good repeatability,and high accuracy,visual inspection technology is more and more widely used in industrial automation production lines.This paper mainly introduces the machine vision inspection practice platform constructed by Xi’an Jiaotong University and the openning innovation experiment based on this practice platform.The openning experiment of part geometry detection and the openning experiment of barcode detection are designed.After many semesters of practice,it has been shown that this experimental project has attracted students’interests,broadened students horizons,and has good experimental teaching effects.
