摘要
在工程实践中,部分项目管理人员仅依靠自身过往的经验或者凭主观感觉做决策,随着时间的推移,容易导致项目管理走向无序,团队成员工作相互推诿,最终导致工程建设质量下降甚至出现工程事故。而当建筑工程达到一定规模时,其复杂性呈非线性快速增长趋势,因此必须对其进行有效的管理才能促成项目顺利推进。该文尝试借助计算机软件开发的项目管理来对比研究建筑工程项目管理所应遵循的原则和方法,进而为建筑工程的项目管理人员提供有益的启示。
In engineering practice,some project managers only rely on their own past experience or subjective feelings to make decisions,which can easily lead to disorder in project management and mutual prevarication among team members with the passage of time.Finally,it leads to the decline of engineering construction quality and even engineering accidents.When the construction project reaches a certain scale,its complexity shows a non-linear rapid growth trend,so it must be managed effectively in order to promote the smooth progress of the project.This paper attempts to make a comparative study of the principles and methods that should be followed in construction project management with the help of the project management of computer software development,so as to provide useful enlightenment for construction project managers.
