预制夹心保温外墙装配式结构施工技术研究

随着国家对产业形式的调整和建筑业对绿色持续发展理念的引领,装配式建筑逐渐成为目前主流建筑产业。预制夹心保温外墙是由内页墙、保温层和外页板组成,通过正打工艺形成的结构保温一体化墙板。该文以郑州某项目为载体,通过施工总结预制装配式夹心保温外墙施工工艺流程、技术难点、效益分析等方面,提出一种高效的施工方案。

With the adjustment of the industrial form by the state and the guidance of the construction industry to the concept of green sustainable development,prefabricated construction has gradually become the mainstream construction industry.The prefabricated sandwich thermal insulation exterior wall is composed of inner page wall,insulation layer and outer page board,and the structural thermal insulation integrated wallboard is formed by positive technology.Taking a project in Zhengzhou as the carrier,this paper puts forward an efficient construction scheme by summarizing the construction process,technical difficulties and benefit analysis of prefabricated sandwich thermal insulation exterior wall.
