摘要
食品安全监督抽样检验工作是市场监督管理部门加强食品安全监督管理的有效措施,其中抽样环节是食品安全监督抽样检验工作的基础。为了保障食品抽样的科学性和合理性,提高工作质量和效率。本文归纳总结了食品安全监督抽样存在的八方面问题,并提出针对性的建议,以期为各级市场监管部门借鉴与参考。
Food safety sampling and inspection work is an effective measure for market supervision and management departments to strengthen food safety supervision.The sampling process is the foundation of food safety sampling and inspection work.In order to ensure the scientificity and rationality of food sampling and improve the quality and efficiency of work,this article summarizes eight issues in food safety sampling supervision and proposes targeted suggestions for reference by market regulatory departments at all levels.
