高校体育赛事实践育人价值阐析与路径探索

On the Value of Practice Education in University Sports Competitions and the Path Exploration

近年来,高校体育赛事的育人价值逐渐被挖掘,已成为高校践行实践育人的必然选择和提升学生综合素质、锻炼精神品质的重要手段。基于此,文章运用文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析法对高校体育赛事实践育人的价值理念和改革路径进行研究,研究表明:高校体育赛事具有直接育人、辐射育人以及赛事导向作用。文章就此提出优化路径:(1)坚持育人的价值理念,培养高校学生形成正确的体育价值观;(2)完善体育竞赛形式,塑造“体育明星”,营造全员参与;(3)鼓励高校开展体育赛事,完善赛事保障机制;(4)明确办赛培养理念,合理规划赛事布局。

In recent years,the educational value of college sports competition has been gradually excavated,and has become an important means for college students to improve their comprehensive quality and exercise their quality.Participating in sports competition has become an inevitable choice for colleges and universities to carry out practical education.This paper uses the method of literature,interview and logical analysis to study the value concept and reform path of practical education in university sports events.The research shows that:university sports events have:direct education;Radiation education;To optimize the value connotation of physical education in colleges and universities based on the content of sports events,and put forward the reform path.(1)adhere to the value concept of building morality and cultivating people,and train college students to form correct sports values;(2)Improve the form of sports competition,create"sports stars"and build full participation;(3)Encourage universities to carry out sports events and improve the competition guarantee mechanism;(4)Clarify the training concept and reasonably plan the layout of the event.
