摘要 为了改善纯电动汽车减速机在低转速,高扭矩时润滑不良造成轴承失效的问题,在不改变内部整体结构的前提下,通过控制齿轮与壳体之间的距离,改变齿轮与壳体之间形成的局部空间的尺寸,进而改变齿轮与壳体之间的压力,达到为润滑油增压的效果,使得齿轮带动的液体润滑油上升的位置更高,并且润滑油在脱离齿轮瞬间具备更高的速度,改善润滑油喷射的距离和流量,同时,利用nanofluidx流体分析软件对比分析了不同方案的润滑情况。 In order to improve the problem of failure caused by poor lubrication of pure electric vehicle reducer at low speed and high torque,without changing the internal overall structure,by controlling the distance between the gear and the shell,the size of the local space formed between the gear and the shell is changed,and then the pressure between the gear and the shell is changed to achieve the effect of pressurizing the lubricating oil,so that the liquid lubricating oil driven by the gear rises higher,and the lubricating oil has a higher speed at the moment of disengagement from the gear.The distance and flow rate of oil injection were improved,and the lubrication of different solutions was compared and analyzed using nanofluidx fluid analysis software.
