摘要
在数字化转型的时代,随着整车厂竞争的加剧,如何更多的使用数字化的手段来缩短新车型的研发周期,加快新车型上市的速度,已经成为各大主机厂迫切需要解决的问题。本文介绍了将数字孪生技术引入汽车造型评审中的技术解决方案,可以有效地优化评审过程,减少对实物模型的依赖,大大缩短在造型设计阶段的研发周期。同时,结合国内某整车厂公司近期全新整车造型开发中使用数字孪生技术来评审的实践,验证了以数字孪生模型代替实物模型的可能性。最后,展望了数字孪生技术在汽车研发中的更加广阔的应用前景。
In the era of digital transformation,with more fierce competition among OEMs,how to shorten the development cycle of new models using more digital technology and speed up the launch of new models has become an urgent request for OEMs.This essay discusses how digital twin technology in automotive design review process has greatly shorten the development cycle in design stage through reducing the dependence on physical models and improving review process.Meanwhile,with recent application of virtual reality technology in new car design development of one OEM,the possibility of replacing physical models with digital twin has been verified.Finally,the broader application of digital twin technology in automobile development process will be discussed.
