摘要
本文对驱动桥桥壳在汽车使用过程中的故障原因进行了分析,提出了优化方案,并对桥壳可靠性进行了试验验证。通过对故障件潜在失效模式进行分析,找出了悬架结构是影响桥壳故障的主要原因,建立了悬架桥结构的ANSYS有限元模型并进行了台架试验验证,提出了降低桥壳故障率的方法,有效提高了桥壳可靠性。
In this paper,the causes of the failure of the drive axle housing in the process of automobile use is analyzed,the optimization scheme is proposed,and the reliability of the axle housing is tested and verified.Through the analysis of the potential failure mode of the faulty parts,the suspension structure is found out as the main reason affecting the failure of the axle housing,establishing the ANSYS finite element model of the suspension structure and carrying out the bench test verification,and proposing a method to reduce the failure rate of the axle housing,which effectively improves the reliability of the axle housing.
