摘要
伴随着当前社会的进步,高速铣加工技术在汽车零部件模具制造中的应用越来越广泛,并在实际应用的过程中发挥着很大的作用,已经成为汽车零部件模具制造未来的发展趋势,如目前一些传统的制造加工技术在应用时已经被很多企业所淘汰,大多企业都在应用高速铣技术。该技术在应用的过程中不仅仅使得模具加工的生产效率和质量得到了改善,促进了汽车零部件模具制造生产产量的提升,且在生产的时候发挥着无可替代的作用。本文主要针对高速铣技术自身的优势特点,高速铣技术在汽车零部件磨具制造加工当中的应用情况等分别进行了分析,从而为我国汽车零部件模具制造工作的实施提供了保障,并促进了该行业的进步。
With the progress of the current society,high-speed milling technology in the application of auto parts mold manufacturing is more and more extensive,and in the actual application of the process plays a great role.High-speed milling technology has become the future development trend of auto parts mold manufacturing,and some traditional manufacturing and processing technology in the application has been eliminated by many enterprises.Most enterprises are applying high-speed milling technology.This technology not only improves the production efficiency and quality of mold processing in the process of application,but also promotes the increase in the production output of auto parts mold manufacturing,and plays an irreplaceable role in production.This paper mainly analyzes the advantages and characteristics of high-speed milling technology itself and the application of high-speed milling technology in the manufacturing and processing of auto parts abrasive,so as to provide a guarantee for the implementation of China's auto parts mold manufacturing work and promote the progress of the industry.
