摘要
高压触点闭环监控是保障电动汽车安全运行的一种重要方式,此种方式是利用一个附加的跨接线组成的闭环监控电路来监控高压插头和插座是否接触良好。SME和EME持续监控高电压触点闭环监控电路,只有电路闭合时才会启用高电压系统。如果电路断开或因故障未识别到闭合,则高电压系统自动关闭,车辆无法高压上电。本文通过宝马G38PHEV高压触点闭环监控故障案例分析高压触点闭环监控工作原理和排故思路。
High-voltage contact closed-loop monitoring is an important way to ensure the safe operation of electric vehicles,which uses an additional jumper composed of closed-loop monitoring circuit to monitor whether the high-voltage plug and socket are in good contact.The SME and EME continuously monitor the high-voltage contact closed-loop supervisory circuit,and the high-voltage system is enabled only when the circuit is closed.Whether the circuit is disconnected or closed is not recognized due to a fault,the high-voltage system shuts down automatically and the vehicle cannot be powered up at high voltage.This paper analyzes the working principle and troubleshooting ideas of high-voltage contact closed-loop monitoring through BMW G38PHEV high-voltage contact closed-loop monitoring fault case.
