21版C-NCAP MPDB试验工况,对后排Q10滑肩进行了评价,如假人前移过程中,达到最大位移之前,安全带勒脖子或滑落到肩部以下,则罚1分,通过MPDB试验碰撞后车辆的运动情况可以分析出,在MPDB试验碰撞过程中,Q10假人会随着车辆前端结构压溃变形和偏转运动进行X方向和Z方向的运动,在Y方向上相对车辆相背运动,故Q10假人出现安全带勒脖子的情况很少,出现滑肩的情况和风险比较大。通常从试验过程的高速摄像对Q10假人滑肩进行分析,但儿童在运动过程中,儿童假人的头部、脖颈、手臂、儿童座椅头枕都有可能遮挡住高速录像,造成儿童滑肩评价缺少视频依据,对儿童滑肩的研究很有必要。本文研究了10次试验的视频,总结了几种普遍适用的方法,并从儿童座椅和车辆座椅两方面进行分析,指出了儿童座椅结构的重要性,同时对车辆座椅的约束能力进行分析,如能够将儿童更好地束缚到座椅上,滑肩的风险会大大降低。

In the 21st version C-NCAP MPDB test condition,the rear Q10 sliding shoulder was evaluated.If during the forward movement of the dummy,before reaching the maximum displacement,the safety belt pulled the neck or slipped below the shoulder,1 point will be fined.Through the analysis of the movement of the vehicle after the MPDB test collision,it can be concluded that during the MPDB test collision,the Q10 dummy will move in the X and Z directions along with the crushing deformation and deflection movement of the front end structure of the vehicle,In the Y direction,the dummy moves away from the vehicle,so the Q10 dummy rarely suffers from the neck restriction of the safety belt,and the situation and risk of shoulder slipping are relatively high.Usually,the Q10 dummy's shoulder is analyzed from the high-speed camera during the test,but the head,neck,arm and child seat headrest of the child dummy may block the high-speed video during the movement of the child,resulting in the lack of video basis for the evaluation of the child's shoulder,so it is necessary to study the child's shoulder.This paper has studied the videos of 10 tests,summarized several commonly applicable methods,and analyzed the child seat and vehicle seat,pointed out the importance of the child seat structure,and analyzed the restraint ability of vehicle seats.If children can be better bound to the seat,the risk of shoulder slipping will be greatly reduced.
