澳門地区部份居民眼病情況的調查研究

Investigation of Ophthalmic Diseases in Macao region Residents Ophthalmic Health survey Group

1993年對9683名澳門地区居民眼病調查結果分析,眼病的患病率為:屈光不ghd 42.23%、白内障40.73%、結膜病13.02%、眼底病9.03%、角膜病2.61%、眼瞼病2.38%、眼肌病1.05%、青光眼0.83%、玻璃體病0.80%及色素膜病0.34%。眼病患病率按年齡順位第一位:屈光不正是15-24歲組;眼肌病是7〜14歲組;其余眼病是50额及以上的老人組。按職業分組:農民、漁民、退休、家務及小販的首位眼病是白内障;技術員、學生、職員、教師、専業人員、服務人員及商人的首位眼病是屈光不正,漁民的首位眼疾是結膜病。

An investigation was conducted in 1993 to study the eye diseases in 9683 residents in Macao region.The prevalence rates of various problems were that:ametropia 42.23%,cataract 40.73%,conjunctiva diseases 13.02%,ophthalmic fundus diseases 9.73%,corneal diseases 2.61%,blepharal diseases 2.38%,ophthalmomyopathy 1.05%,glaucoma 0.83%,vitreum diseases 0.80% and uveitis diseases 0.34%.The first order of ametropia prevalence rate by age was the 15-24 year group.The first order of ophthalmomyopathy rate by age was the 7-14 year group.The first order of the other eye problems by age was the 50 year and over group.The first orders of cataract prevalence rate by accupation,they were peasant,fishermen,retired,household duty person and pedlar.The first order of ametropia prevalence rate by occupation,were technician,student,clerk,teacher,expert,service attendant and trader.The first order of conjunctiva diseases prevalence rate was in the fishermen.
