中國澳門鏡湖醫院信息系統(KWHIS)的設計思想

SYSTEM DESIGN OF KIANGWU HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM

鏡湖醫院侑息系統是按“基于微電腦局域網的準實時性分布式聲院信息系統”的構思設計的。其有別于其他分布式醫院信息系統的主要特色是:①有校長遠而完整的總體目標;②提出了“准實時處理”的新概念以保証系統中資料的及時性和可性;③信息系統與専家系統相結合。按本設計思想進行開發,鏡湖醫院信息系統的數據處層廣已基本完成,門診住院及各主要部門已有67台電腦聯網運作,實現了第一期計劃的目標。

"PC-Lan Based Near Real-time Distributed Hospital Information System" was the design pattern of Kiang Wu Hospital Information System(KWHIS).Compare to other distributed HISs·three new features would be found in KWHIS:(1)long-term global goal oriented(2)proposed a new concept-Near Real-time Data Processing(3)bundling Information System with Expert Systems.According to the principles of above pattern,the Data Processing Layer of KWHIS had been successfully developed.
