分析18例急性胰腺炎的CT表現,討論本病的CT診斷,根據BALTHAZAR的分類,將急性腮腺炎的CT改變分為五個級別。作者認為CT可幫助臨床明確診斷,能為臨床提供合理的治療方案及其預后的判斷。

18 Cases of acute pancreatitis diagnosed by CT were reviewed,the diagnosis of ct in acute pancreatitis was discussed.According to the Balthazar's classification,there were five degrees in CT appearance of acute pancreatitis.It is surmissed by authors that CT was available for the clinical diagnosis,the reasonable,therapy and the prognosis of acute pancreatitis.
