經尿道電切術治療女性膀胱頸梗阻(附8例報告)

TUR in the treatment if female bladder neck obstruction

自1991年5月〜1993年8月經尿道電切(TUR)治療女性膀胱頸梗阻8例。術后均獲病理證實。TUR治療6點位為中心向5、7點延伸,深達膀胱頸肌層,電切長度1.5cm,以保證不發生尿失禁,全膀胱頸增厚者則行全膀胱頸環形電切,治愈7例(87.5%),無嚴重并發癥。

From 1991 to 1993 TUR was carried out in 8 cases of female bladder neck obstruction.Postoperative confirmation of the diagnosis by pathlolgic studies was achieved in all 8 cases.It was emphasiged that TUR should be done at the convexity 5-7 clock position,and that the resection should reach the musculature.The length of resection was less than 2 cm,so that no incontinence occurred.7 cases(87.5%)were cured and no serious complications were observed.
