摘要 面向天地一体化网络中的用户设备定位和位置验证需求,3GPP Rel-18正在开展针对NTN的4G和5G定位协议演进增强。结合天地一体化网络定位业务特性和3GPP Rel-18 NTN的定位增强目标,提出了面向5G-Advanced的天地一体化网络定位增强技术和方案。该方案可以实现NTN网络UE的快速准确定位和位置验证,为NTN跨境服务等提供标准技术支持,保障天地一体化网络满足其服务地区的法规和业务需求。 With the increasing demand for localization and location verification of UE in space-ground integrated networks,3GPP Rel-18 is actively working towards enhancing the positioning protocols for NTN in 4G and 5G systems.This paper presents advanced localization techniques and solutions tailored to the requirements of 5G-Advanced space-ground integrated networks,considering the unique characteristics of localization services in this context and the positioning enhancement goals of 3GPP Rel-18 NTN.The proposed techniques enable rapid and accurate UE positioning and location verification within the NTN network,providing standardized technical support for cross-border services and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements in the service areas of space-ground integrated networks.
