我国餐厨废弃油脂处理体系技术标准研究

Study on technical standards of kitchen waste oil treatment system in China

阐述了国内外餐厨废弃油脂资源化利用及管理现状,重点对我国现有餐厨废弃油脂“收、运、处、用”全链条的国家标准、行业标准及各省市地方标准进行了梳理,分析现有标准中存在的问题,并针对问题提出建议,为健全餐厨废弃油脂标准,规范餐厨废弃油脂管理,提高城市公共服务水平提供支撑,对防范餐厨废弃油脂回流餐桌,提高人们生活质量具有重大的现实意义。

This paper expounded the current situation of resource utilization and management of kitchen waste oil at home and abroad,focused on sorting out the existing national standards,industrial standards and local standards of various provinces and cities for the whole chain of"collection,transportation,treatment and utilization"of kitchen waste oil in China,analyzed the existing problems in the standards,and put forward suggestions,which provide support for improving the standard of kitchen waste oil,standardizing the management of kitchen waste oil,and improving the level of urban public service.It is of great practical significance to prevent waste cooking oil from returning to the table and improve people's life quality.
