生活垃圾焚烧发电CCER计算案例分析

摘要 通过生活垃圾焚烧方式替代生活垃圾填埋,避免了由卫生填埋产生温室气体(GHG)排放;同时利用垃圾焚烧产生热能进行发电,将替代以化石能源为主的电网同等的电量,从而减少温室气体的排放。以某生活垃圾焚烧项目为例,运用相关方法学ACM0022和CM-072-V01,通过国家核证自愿减排量(CCER)模拟测算,结合现行的碳交易价格,测算额外的增值效益,为生活垃圾焚烧发电厂挖掘增长空间以及实现电厂碳达峰碳中和提供价值参考。 The greenhouse gas(GHG)emission caused by sanitary landfill can be avoided by substituting household waste incineration for landfill.At the same time,the use of waste incineration to generate heat for electricity generation will replace the same amount of electricity generated by the fossil-powered grid,thus reducing greenhouse gas emissions.Taking a household waste incineration project as an example,relevant methodologies ACM0022 and CM-072-V01 were used to calculate additional value-added benefits through national certified voluntary emission reduction(CCER)simulation and combined with the current carbon trading price,so as to provide a valuable reference for exploring growth space for household waste incineration power plants and achieving peak carbon neutrality.
