摘要
针对废弃混凝土资源综合利用率偏低、处理成本高等难题,研发出更具可推广性、更加节能环保的废弃混凝土处理工艺技术体系,主要包括热活化处理和冷处理崩解分离两大类方法。采用不同的工艺方法,可得到再生渣粉、骨料、活性掺和材、砂、石、水泥石细屑、再生水泥等不同类型的产品,为废弃混凝土的资源化处理提出了新的思路,可实现“绿色、低碳、循环经济”发展的最佳运营模式。
In view of the low comprehensive utilization rate of construction waste resources and high treatment cost.developed a scalable,energy-saving and environmental friendly technology system for construction waste disposal.which mainly includes two types of methods:thermal activation treatment and cold treatment disintegration separation.Different process methods can be used to obtain different types of products such as recycled slag powder,aggregate,active blending material,sand,stone.cement stone chips,recycled cement,etc.,which can put forward a new idea for the resource treatment of construction waste and realizethe best operation mode of"green,low-carbon and circulareconomy"development.
