摘要
在分析工程项目管理演变规律和动力机制的基础上,探究石化工程项目管理数字化转型的现实挑战和驱动机制,分析数字工程条件下工程项目管理转型新趋势,破解转型所面临的障碍,从理念、技术、方法等维度提出石化工程项目管理数字化转型的着力点和突破点,构建石化工程数字化转型的路径。
Based on the analysis of the evolution law and dynamic mechanism of engineering project management,this paper explores the realistic challenges and driving mechanism of the digital transformation of petrochemical engineering project management,analyzes the new trend of engineering project management transformation under the condition of digital engineering,and solves the obstacles faced by the transformation.From the dimensions of concept,technology and method,this paper puts forward the focus and breakthrough point of digital transformation of petrochemical engineering project management,and constructs the path of digital transformation of petrochemical engineering.
