康保县水资源利用现状及保护对策

Current Status of Water Resources Utilization and Conservation Strategies in Kangbao County

本文从水资源概况、现状供水工程和近5年用水情况等方面,分析康保县水资源利用现状,总结水资源短缺的原因,指出地下水超采问题突出、农业用水量占比较大、灌溉机井管理不到位、水利工程基础设施薄弱、水土流失问题严重等问题,进而提出了有针对性的水资源保护对策和建议,可为康保县乃至坝上地区的水资源可持续利用提供参考。

This paper analyzes the current status of water resources utilization in Kangbao County,focusing on aspects such as an overview of water resources,existing water supply projects,and water consumption trends over the past five years.It identifies the reasons for water scarcity,including prominent issues such as over-exploitation of groundwater,a significant proportion of agricultural water use,inadequate management of irrigation wells,weak infrastructure of water conservancy projects,and severe water and soil erosion.Furthermore,targeted conservation strategies and suggestions are proposed to address these issues,aiming to provide references for sustainable water resources utilization in Kangbao County and even the Bashang region.
