平度市饮用水水源地管理保护措施探讨

Exploration of Management and Conservation Measures for Drinking Water Sources in Pingdu City

饮水安全直接关系到人民群众生命健康,中央及各地政府将饮用水水源地保护作为污染防治攻坚战的重要内容,持续出台各类政策性文件,强化饮用水水源地保护工作。平度市把“一湖一策”实施作为关键抓手,从水域岸线管理保护、水资源管理保护、水污染防治、水环境防治、水生态修复、水旱灾害防御、日常管理等7个方面进行了全面调查分析。本文以黄同水库为例,总结了调查分析中发现的主要问题,根据平度市的实际情况,提出相应的管理保护措施,为其他地区的饮用水水源地管理保护工作提供参考。

The safety of drinking water directly affects the lives and health of the general public.The central and local governments consider the protection of drinking water sources as an important aspect of the battle against pollution.They continuously introduce various policy documents to strengthen the protection of drinking water sources.Pingdu City regards the implementation of“one lake,one strategy”as a key approach and has conducted a comprehensive investigation and analysis from seven aspects:waterline management and protection,water resource management and protection,water pollution prevention and control,water environment protection,water ecological restoration,water and drought disaster prevention,and daily management.This article takes Huangtong Reservoir as an example to summarize the main issues identified in the investigation and analysis.Based on the actual situation in Pingdu City,corresponding management and protection measures are proposed to provide reference for the management and protection of drinking water sources in other areas.
